Scenic Lake Outpost takes you back to a life of simpler times. Nestled in the pines, the 6 man camp just oozes relaxation in a natural pristine setting.
After a day of fun fishing for northern and smallmouth bass sit back on the porch and just let the beauty, fresh air, and silence overtake you. You’ll soon be ready to make the portage or fly for a day of superb walleye fishing.

The Cabin:
Scenic is generator equipped, with hot and cold running water, shower, outhouse. The only cabin
on the lake.
Boats:
14'boats with 9.9hp Mercury outboards, and life jackets. (L-XL are supplied, if you need another size, please bring your own) Life cushions, paddles, landing nets, swivel seats, and mixed gas are also provided.
Craven Lake Fishing:
Over 10,000 acres with rocky islands, reefs, weedy bays. Northern, smallmouth bass.

Size Restrictions:
You can take home 4 Northern. One Northern over 35.5" may be kept. No Northerns between 27.5" and 35.5" can be kept. We encourage catch and release and suggest you get a replica mount of your trophy.
Hooks and Bait:
You can use live minnows, leeches and worms. Arrangements for bait should be made with Kenora Air before your departure.
Fires:
Open fires are generally permitted in Ontario unless a fire restriction has been issued by the ministry of Natural Resources.
Weight Restrictions:
For safety reasons we allow 300 lbs./person including body weight, any excess baggage will be flown in on a charter basis, space and time permitting at a $1.50 US/LB

Housekeeping Plan Includes: Round Trip Airfare from our Kenora seaplane base. Cabin, Cooking utensils, Boat, Motor and Gas. Camp check every second and third day during your stay.

**Remote northern lake fishing for walleye, northern, and bass. 3 person minimum. Modified guide service included. Maximum capacity: 6 people.
All rates are in U.S. Funds Ontario Sales Tax (PST) and Federal Tax (GST) are extra $200 deposit per person required (transferable but not refundable).

We can also arrange shuttles from Winnipeg International Airport and International Falls Airport.
Some guests may prefer to be picked up at another base. Please call to check on additional costs for arrival/departure from Stewart Lake, Fort Frances, Rainy River, Baudette, Warroad, Winnipeg, Selkirk.
Arrangements for licenses should be made with Kenora Air one week before your departure.
